Cognoscenti Coffee

I’ve been to Cognoscenti Coffee probably a hundred times. I’d always thought of them as a coffee curation cafe. They find different beans for their customers and it always felt special. Over the past year or so, they started roasting their own bean in Los Angeles. I’m just glad to have another LA coffee roaster. Take Flight, Cognoscenti, and a few others are making LA a real coffee city.
