Scout Coffee

One of my favorite spots on the central coast of California. Scout Coffee in San Luis Obispo is a must-stop for me every time I’m in the area. They serve Honey Co beans which are roasted locally and they’re always on point. I always pick up a bag or two when I’m coming through. Exposed brick, open-concept espresso bar. It’s been recognized by The New York Times and Sunset magazine and it deserves every bit of that.
