Take Flight Coffee Roasters

At that point in my life I was captured by small brands that have a story. Brands that have an experience they want to share, and Take Flight is one of those kinds of brands. Their about page tells the story of a barista from Australia who traveled and roasted coffee all over Europe, helped launch many third-wave coffee companies, built a network through East Africa, South America, and Central America, then took the best of three roasting traditions from Australia, the Nordics, and America to create Take Flight Coffee. That’s the kind of origin story that makes you want to drink the coffee.
